The BBK engineering department is constantly developing new products for today’s car and truck enthusiasts and are always on the lookout for specific vehicles for fitment and product development needs.
Vehicles used for product development will receive the products installed free of charge, a value up to thousands of dollars depending upon the product. Vehicles are normally required for up to one week during original design, and then are scheduled and needed back approximately one month later for installation and testing of final product.

BBK R&D department developed this header with one thing in mind – Getting even more horsepower and torque out of the all new 2011 5.0 liter Mustang that is already putting out nearly twice the horsepower of its 5.0 predecessor!
This all new rugged BBK header design for the 2011 Mustang 5.0 GT is constructed with 1-3/4” CNC Mandrel-Bent tubing and solid 3/8” laser cut exhaust flanges and offers the best performance in the after market.
Initial testing is showing gains of around 14 horsepower with the high flow after cat X pipe – and BBK will have an off road cat eliminator system out shortly for even more horsepower gains – Look for the full installation and test article in the upcoming 5.0 and Super Fords Magazine written by Tom Wilson.

May 7, 2010 marked the addition of a new 2011 5.0L Mustang GT to the stable of BBK test cars which will help to speed-up final development & production of a full line of performance upgrades for this all new model along with its 305HP V6 counterpart. BBK returned to SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) this week in Las Vegas, Nevada. SEMA is widely known as the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world.
BBK’s new trade floor display was unveiled Tuesday morning at Sema 2009’s grand opening and owners Brian and Ken Murphy are in attendance to meet current and perspective vendors throughout the week.
