Every BBK Performance exhaust header is CAD designed as a direct bolt on with no modifications. 1-5/8″ CNC mandrel tubing is used to construct each header along with 3/8″ laser cut exhaust flanges to prevent heat distortion. Every header is precision welded at our CNC robot stations and hand welded by our American craftsmen right here in the USA. All final pressure tests are made on every header before they go out to be plated or ceramic coated. The final result is dyno proven quality performance – designed – tested and built right here in the USA

Now available and in stock at BBK Performance distributors and retailers nationwide are these new high flow performance x pipes. These hi flow X pipes have been designed and developed by BBK Performance to be a direct bolt on to factory or aftermarket headers to provide increased exhaust flow over the restrictive factory pipes. They are available in 2 versions – Off road race use only or with 49 state high flow catalytic convertors for street use (Not legal for use or sale in California)
BBK Hi Flow 2011-13 Mustang V6 X-pipes have shown solid 12-15 horsepower gains over stock and feature 2-1/2″ tubing with a merged X to maximize the power potential of Ford’s 3.7L V6 engine. Look out for our upcoming installation and dyno test video.

After a slow initial start the new BBK Performance Varitune mufflers are now in production at the BBK performance manufacturing facility in Temecula California and should be available in stores soon as direct replacement mufflers for all Ford, GM and Hemi applications. The BBK Varitune Cat back exhaust kits and axle back exhaust systems will follow shortly after within a week or two. These all new high performance premium BBK Varitune performance mufflers allow you to easily adjust both the sound and performance levels of each muffler by simply adjusting the set screw with a wrench on the back of the Varitune muffler. Initial dyno testing has shown great results over other brand name mufflers, cat backs and axle back exhaust systems. BBK Performance have spent hundreds of hours of designing and testing this muffler design and they have utilized the adjustable chamber valve assembly design on these new mufflers to maximize the results that have also shown the ability to modify sound levels up to 8 decibels across the full adjustment range and adjust the power levels at the same time. These Varitune mufflers are the next HOT performance modification – stay tuned for more information and installation videos coming soon.
