NC setup/light programming position
-Master cam/virtual gibbs cad/cad also a plus
-Minimum of 5-10 years experience
-Good attitude, self starter
-Work from verbal instructions from supervisor.
-Familiar with fanuc control up to 16m/ mazatrol a plus
-Ability to setup horizontal, vertical, milling centers and lathes
-Must have own tools
-Work independently with minimal supervision
-Knowledge of blue print reading
-Standard machine shop skills such as trouble shooting dull tools drills,
End mills, inserts, tooling issues, dimensional tolerances, etc.

R&D Tool Maker
General Description: Responsible for the manufacture of tools, fixtures, and complex components and assemblies to precision tolerances as directed by engineers, drawings, internal sketches, or other forms of instruction. Be able to prototype without too much instruction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Proficient in the operation of a variety of machine tools such as surface grinder, engine lathes, and Bridgeport mills.
2. Interpretation of mechanical drawings and hand drawings.
3. The ability to use conventional and precision measuring instruments.
4. Principles of metal cutting including tool geometry and material selection.
5. Able to work without immediate supervision.
6. Provides general maintenance and clean up of all tool room equipment.
7. Maintains safety guidelines of work place. Must be able to operate all common tool room machinery in a safe and productive manner. Wear all personal protective safety gear at all times.
8. Any other duties as requested by supervisor.
Work experience requirements: Successful completion of an approved Apprenticeship Program as a Machinist or Tool Maker. Experience preferred but if the candidate has the right attitude, willing to train.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
R&D Technician
General Description: · Candidate should be capable of “remove and reinstall” of engine and drive train components. Capable of “light fabrication” and R&D prototype fit-checks and installs. Responsible for the operations and recordings of our rear wheel dyno as well as testing of applications for OE certification. Responsible for “editorial installs” on NEW products for magazines, from start to finish. Must have good communication and written skills for proper documentations, certification and proper NEW product releases
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Good Driving Record – Drive company vehicles as well as customer vehicles for DYNO / Fit Checks.
2. Able to work without immediate supervision.
3. Provides general maintenance and clean up of all R&D equipment.
4. Any other duties as requested by supervisor.

Customer Service Agent
General Description: To provide a higher standard of customer service and technical support to end-customers on BBK products. Perform necessary follow up, background work and differentiate between a “Warranty Replacement” and “Customer Abuse”. Monitor website forums and / or BBK customer websites’ to insure proper BBK Customer Service experiences and investigate any product issues. Perform annual reviews of product descriptions, installation instructions and NEW product releases with proper CARB Certification to insure utmost “customer satisfaction”.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Process technical and warranty issues as received via fax, phone and email. Provide the highest level of customer service via telephone, email or forum postings. As a Customer Service Agent, you are BBK to our end-customers.
2.Issues RGA’s and enforce corrective action depending on “Warranty Replacement” or “Customer Abuse”.
3.Support National Sales Manager and National Sales Assistant in additional Customer Service duties as requested.
4.Any other duties as required to support BBK’s Customer Service Standards on a daily basis.
Work Experience Requirements: One year experience with sales in auto parts manufacturing, customer service, sales or order processing.
Education / Skills Requirements: Must be a high school graduate with experience in sales or customer service. Must be able to communicate professionally and with clarity to insure good Customer Service. Must be able to write correctly and legibly for post on forums or requests that are emailed. Basic math and computer skills are essential. Strong organizational skills to insure proper filing for certifications as well as releases of new products. Must be able to work under pressure in a growing business. Must be a TEAM player to share in BBK’s goals and objectives at a Customer Service level. |
