BBK Performance Mustang Oil Separator Kits

Take a look at our BBK Performance Oil Separator Kits for Ford Mustang Applications that are now available.

What is an Oil Separator you may ask and why do you need one; Well let's try and explain quickly.

The design of today's modern fuel injected engines send oil vapor from the crankcase back thru the PCV system to the air intake to be re-burned.

To help improve the air fuel burn and reduce engine sludge, these new BBK oil separator kits or Oil catch cans as they are also known as sit in between the PCV hoses and collect the oil that would otherwise go into the intake to slow down your engines performance with reduced cylinder burn and create additional oil sludge and engine deposits.

Each kit is designed and constructed from billet aluminum that is CNC machined by BBK right here in the USA. They are offered in a gray anodized finish and include a secure O ring sealed twist off bottom that collects the deposits thru a fine aluminum honeycomb filter and fine mesh screen.

The twist off bottom allows scheduled maintenance to empty and clean.

Every kit is a plug and play design and installs in literally less than 5 minutes.

BBK Oil Separators Feature:

  • New OEM PCV Lines and OEM Quick Fit connectors

  • Rubber O Ring base for leak free seal
