With our Varitune fully adjustable mufflers now in the hands of thousands of enthusiasts, it was only a matter of time before our engineers would start releasing our complete Varitune axle back exhaust system for the Mustang.

Available for S197 2005-2010 Mustang GT and 2011-2014 Mustang GT models - the new BBK Varitune axle back exhaust kits offer true full tune ability with our patented adjustable power valve.

That's right these systems come complete with two of our patented tunable Varitune performance mufflers engineered with the high flow direct fit tubing and hardware for a true bolt on installation.

BBK Varitune Stainless Kits are built with: Mufflers - 439 Stainless - Tubing is 304 Stainless.

Also included with each system is a pair of our all new 4" Brushed Stainless Steel tips for maximum looks and performance.



439 Stainless Steel


439 - UNS S43035:

AISI Type 439 (also known as ASTM XM-8) is a ferritic stainless steel designed to resist corrosion in a variety of oxidizing environments from fresh water to boiling acids. Type 439 is a titanium stabilized, 18 percent chromium alloy that may be used in many oxidizing environments where Type 304 is considered adequate in terms of general corrosion resistance but is subject to chloride stress corrosion cracking. It is often used in place of Type 409 where higher thermal conductivity is required. Type 439 does not require annealing after welding to restore ductility or to provide intergranular corrosion resistance. Type 439 also has superior formability capabilities and is heavily used in the automotive industry; it can be work hardened slightly to increase tensile strength.
