    These BBK Performance long tube Jeep headers are made to fit all 2007-2011 Jeep Wrangler 3.8L V6 applications. These full length headers are designed and manufactured in the USA to offer outstanding fit and value. They are made with the highest quality 1-5/8" CNC mandrel bent tubing and are a direct replacement for the stock factory set up using the included high flow Y pipe with high flow steel substrate converters. The durable ceramic coating holds in heat, reducing underhood temperatures and improving power.

    Complete Kit
    Every kit includes O2 wire harness extensions to accommodate the relocation of the O2 sensors in the headers and the Y pipe and they offer OEM harness plugs to plug directly into the factory connectors with no splicing or cutting. Also included is all required hardware and gaskets.

    Installation
    These full length headers are designed for easy installation with the included y-pipe kit. As with any long tube header installation, custom tuning is recommended for optimum results and to prevent check engine lights. These headers are not CARB legal and cannot be shipped to California.
