Returns And Warranty Information

BBK Performance offers a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on ALL BBK Performance parts for late model muscle cars and trucks including Ford, GM, Dodge and Jeep. Please read and review our return and warranty policies below.

  • BBK PERFORMANCE RETURNS

    We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from date of purchase when purchased from BBK Performance directly. Upon receipt of your order, please open and inspect all contents. ALL damages, shortages, Incorrect parts, or missing components MUST be reported within 48 hours of receipt to be honored. 

    Returns are only accepted within 30 days if the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the original sellable condition.


    BBK Performance reserves the right to charge a minimum 10% restocking fee for any non-defective RGA requests or returned items purchased directly from the www.bbkperformance.com website in error.

    Return Requests are handled the same as warranty returns and a “Return Goods Authorization” (RGA) must be requested.

    How To Request A Return The process to request a return and RGA number is the same as a warranty return.

    Fill out the “Warranty and Return” request form at the bottom of this page and submit. If approved – return address, instructions and an RGA number will be emailed to you. 

    ALL Returns are processed and credited back to the payment method used to pay for the item originally within 3-5 days of receipt of goods. 

    Please NOTE: All returns for refund must be shipped back to BBK prepaid via ground shipping. 

    ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY – NO SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE REFUNDED.

  • BBK PERFORMANCE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

    1. All BBK products are warranted against any defect in materials or craftsmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. These terms apply as long as it has been established that the product in question was installed and used in accordance with all BBK guidelines and was not used for racing or competition purposes or against our product guidelines.

    2. BBK Performance will not be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damages incurred during installation because of so many variables. BBK Performance will not be held responsible for any incidental  labor charges for any products that are defective, warrantied, damaged, or for parts that were ordered or shipped incorrectly. BBK Performance DO NOT Reimburse ANY Labor Charges.

    PLEASE NOTE - SOME PRODUCT SPECIFICS ARE NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY:  SUCH AS GASKETS, ELECTRONICS, COATINGS / FINISHES, BUSHINGS, HOSES OR RUST / RUSTING. 

    ATTENTION: We DO NOT recommend EXHAUST HEADER WRAP of any kind be used on ANY BBK exhaust product! Using Exhaust header wrap WILL VOID all warranties on BBK exhaust headers and pipes.

    3. NOTE: Any warranty / return for a BBK part that was purchased within 30-days of dated receipt purchased from one of our verified vendors/distributors should be handled directly through that vendor/distributor's return and warranty process.

    PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ISSUE ANY KIND OF PRODUCT REFUNDS ON ANY WARRANTY RETURNS; THIS INCLUDES SHIPPING AND LABOR CHARGES.

    Warranty Inspection: Any evidence that a returned product has been modified (This includes coatings or changes in any form) or used / installed contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, and/or was handled improperly - including packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or any warranty consideration. Wrapping Exhaust Headers with exhaust wrap will void your warranty – period

    All warranties are valid from the original date of purchase only. They are NOT pro-rated based on mileage, or previous warranty part, replacement, or repair.

    BBK Performance is not responsible for product fitment, print, internet typographical and/or photographic errors.

    ALL warranty returns are usually processed within a 2–5-day period of receipt.

    You will be notified of the status of your return ASAP.

  • HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR WARRANTY / RETURN

    If you have purchased your BBK product from one of our verified vendors/distributors and have a warranty claim over 30 days from the purchase date, please use the BBK Warranty claim form located below on this page.

    Checklist:

    1. - Fill out the form on this page or download the product questionnaire:

    2. - Upload the product questionnaire or email to: warranty@bbkperformance.com
    3. - Upload a copy of the original dated purchase receipt.
    4. - Upload ALL photos that show the product defect.


    BBK WILL NOT issue any warranty return authorizations without a dated receipt and will consider your warranty null and void without proof of purchase.

    ABOUT OUR WARRANTY APPROVAL

    Warranty documents will be reviewed. When approved, a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) will be issued via E-Mail along with the return address to return the part back for warranty inspection.

    PRINT OFF THE RETURN APPROVAL FORM THAT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU AND PUT IN THE RETURN SHIPPING BOX. WRITE THE RGA# ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. THIS WILL ALLOW US TO IDENTIFY YOUR REURN AND MATCH IT TO OUR LOG WHEN RECEIVED BACK AT OUR FACILITY. 

    The item must be shipped back to BBK prepaid via ground shipping.

    If no RGA is visible or if package is sent collect freight the package will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.


    When your warranty return is received, it will be inspected by our BBK warranty engineers. If your BBK product is determined to be defective and covered by our warranty, the item will be immediately repaired or replaced and returned at no cost to the consumer.

    • Note: All Approved Warranty Parts Shipped To Customers Outside the USA (CANADA - EUROPE, ETC) - Will Invoiced By BBK As Warranty Replacements / No Charge. Some Countries Will Impose Duties And Tariffs On These Warranty Parts. You Will Be Responsible To Pay For These Charges  - They Are Enforced By The Governments, Not Us And Cannot Be Waived.
